A requirement to supply The Royal Marsden with self-check-in free standing kiosks within the new Oak Centre. Marrying premium equipment with premium healthcare services.

Our key objectives for The Royal Marsden:

• Ensure the system is capable to run the Epic Healthcare Software suite.
• Install a barcode scanner to streamline the check-in process.

The NHS Kiosk

Key Features

Ergonomic Design: The design allows for a smooth check-in process for all capabilities. Being DDA compliant the Eidos kiosk ensures every patient can operate effortlessly.

Nothing Unnecessary: The Eidos combines aesthetics and functions in a very understated manner. The design isn't loud whilst being extremely capable for The Royal Marsden requirements.

Results

In combination with EPIC software, Eidos offers the ultimate in high quality check-in for all users.

Conclusion

Since the opening of The Oak Centre the Eidos kiosks have been fully operational, contributing to ensure the patient experience is outstanding. In-turn allowing staff to concentrate on other duties maintaining high-quality healthcare.
