Our deliveries are made by TNT/Fedex or dedicated courier in accordance with our proposals or as stated in our webshop. Our standard delivery pricing is for a mainland UK address not including N.Irelend or any islands in the UK nor extremeties of Scotland. For these destinations we will quote accordingly for the product and the specific destination.
We welcome our customers to collect from our premises if that is a good option for them.
Our products are packaged to withstand the rigours of shipping via couriers where offloading and onloading at their hubs is part of their process. However where it makes sense costwise and where a number of kiosks are going to one destination we will use a dedicated courier. In this case the onloading is at our premises and the offloading is at the customer’s destination. It makes the risk of damage almost negligible.
