At Kiosks4business all our kiosks and self service solutions are manufactured in house by our resident production team. Once the design has been completed by our concept designer, working in conjunction with the production team, the prototype is then built by both to ensure that the design concept is interpreted correctly by the production team – and – any production improvements that are requested are factored back into the design for production.
In this way we achieve the visual concept desired for our customers but with the best production technique to deliver the working solution quickly and with quality and reliability designed and built in. Our kiosk products are delivered to customers around the world and are engineered and tested for solid, long term reliability and of course to withstand the rigours of delivery to anywhere in the world.
Consistent high quality
The same principles of production, wiring, configuring etc are used whether we are manufacturing a few high value, complex kiosks or a production run of many. Whether small or large quantity, our kiosks and self service equipment are a hand built, quality assured product in a world of mass produced products. The in-house designed metalwork is carefully inspected, when received, for compliance to our drawings and for the quality finish that our customers will be happy with. Only then do we start manufacturing. The electronic systems are wired and tested as we build to ensure we are building quality as we go – not just testing a unit for the first time at completion. This way we iron out any potential issues that could be a problem later. Our production systems lend themselves to consistent build quality from unit to unit in a batch – and from batch to batch. Our reputation thus is one of iconic visual concept design along with tightly integrated user peripherals and reliability of overall function. As a result, most of our customers are by recommendation or having seen our products in action elsewhere.
